2 ½ - 3 LBS Boneless Pork Shoulder

1 Bottle Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic

½ Cup Bourbon

2 TBSP Brown Sugar

1 TBSP Salt

1 TBSP Black Pepper

1 TSP Garlic Powder

1 TSP Onion Powder

1 TSP Italian Seasoning

1 TSP Paprika

8-10 Kaiser or Brioche Buns



Cut Boneless Pork Shoulder into Large Chunks

Mix Brown Sugar, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Salt and Pepper in small bowl

Rub all over the Pork Pieces

Place Seasoned Pork into Slow Cooker

Pour in Get Pickled Crafted Brine and Bourbon

Cover and Cook on High for 8-10 hours

Shred the Pork with two forks and keep in liquid 

Serve on buns
