3 Bunches Swiss Chard
3 Bunches Baby Spinach
½ Cup Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic
¼ Cup Butter
6 Slices Bacon
½ Cup White Onion Sliced
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Rinse the Red Chard and Baby Spinach well
Place in a large pot with about 8 Cups of water.
Add Butter, Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic, Bacon & Onion
Bring to a rolling boil and continue for 20 minutes
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Taste and season with Salt & Pepper
