PICKLED BRINE GRILLED SKIRT STEAK

INGREDIENTS

1-2 Skirt Steaks

2 bottles Get Pickled Crafted Brines Classic

3 TBSP Dijon Mustard

2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce

1 Large Onion (Red or White)

½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Salt 

PREPARATION

Slice the onion and place in the bottom of a long, shallow pan

Rub salt and mustard on all sides of the steaks

Place the steaks on top of the onion slices

Completely immerse the steaks with Get Pickled Crafted Brine and Worcestershire sauce

Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours

 

COOKING

Remove from fridge 30 minutes before cooking

Preheat grill to high

Place steaks on hot grill for 2 minutes

90o turn and cook for 2 minutes

Flip and cook for 2 minutes

90o turn and cook for 2 minutes

Remove from grill onto plate and wrap plate with foil

Let steaks rest under foil for 5-10 minutes

 

Slice against the grain into ½” strips and proudly serve
