PICKLED WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS
3 oz bourbon
1 ½  oz Get Pickled Crafted Brine
1 ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
Tiny Cornichon - for garnish 
PREPARATION
Add Bourbon
Add Get Pickled Crafted Brine
Add Lemon Juice
Add Egg White
Cover and shake vigorously until frothy
Add Ice
Shake again vigorously until well chilled
Garnish with tiny Cornichon  
Repeat steps above responsibly
