PEANUT BUTTER PICKLE CUPCAKES

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ Cup All Purpose Flour

½ Cup Softened Butter

½ Cup Sugar

⅓ Cup Sour Cream

⅓ Cup Get Pickled Crafted Brine Classic

2 eggs

½ TSP Salt

1 ½ TSP Baking Powder

1 container Cream Cheese Frosting

⅓ Cup Milk

⅓ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Dried Dill

 

PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°

Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt – set aside

In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar.

Add the eggs to the large bowl and beat until combined.

Add the sour cream and pickle juice and beat until evenly mixed.

Then stir the flour mixture into the large bowl to combine everything.

Scoop about a ¼ cup of the batter into each cupcake liner

Bake 20 to 25 minutes (until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the cupcake comes out clean).

Let cupcakes cool completely

 

In a small bowl, combine prepared frosting, peanut butter, and milk.

Mix until smooth

Spread on each cooled cupcake

Lightly Sprinkle dried dill to finish
