PICKLED WHISKEY SOUR

INGREDIENTS
   3 oz bourbon
   1 ½  oz Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
   1 ½ oz Fresh lemon juice
   1 egg white
   Tiny Cornichon - for garnish 

 

PREPARATION
   Add Bourbon
   Add Pickle Juice
   Add Lemon Juice
   Add Egg White
   Cover and shake vigorously until frothy
   Add Ice
   Shake again vigorously until well chilled
   Garnish with tiny Cornichon  


Repeat steps above responsibly
