Spicy Get Pickled Potatoes
INGREDIENTS;
4 Medium Russet Potatoes
250mL SPICY Get Pickled Juice
Cooking Spray
DIP;
250mL Sour Cream
2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese
2 TBSP SPICY Get Pickled Juice
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 TSP Garlic Powder
1/2 TSP Smoked Paprika
INSTRUCTIONS;
1. Using a knife or Mandolin, thinly and evenly slice your potatoes
2. Put in a large freezer bag and pour the SPICY Get Pickled Juice over top
3. Seal and marinade for 6-24 hours (the longer the better)
4. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
5. Spray the potato slices with cooking spray and mix to ensure they've all got some
6. Place potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheets so they don't overlap
7. Fry for 10 minutes shaking the basket every few minutes
8. Enjoy the compliments from making an incredible snack
