Ingredients (1 drink):
2 oz vodka or gin
1.5 oz Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
0.25 oz dry vermouth (optional, for extra dryness)
Ice
1–2 pickle slices or a small spear, for garnish
Steps:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka or gin, Get Pickled Brines pickle juice, and dry vermouth (if using).
Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with pickle slices or a small spear on a cocktail pick.

Brine-Infused Chicken Sliders
Ingredients (10–12 sliders):
1.5–2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1.5 cups Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
10–12 slider buns
Optional toppings: sliced pickles, shredded lettuce, coleslaw, mayo, or your favorite sauce
Steps:
Place chicken in a bowl or zip bag and pour in the pickle brine.
Marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour (up to 6 hours for extra flavor).
Remove chicken from the brine and pat dry. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil or butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
Cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice or shred the chicken.

Loaded Pickle Bloody Mary
Ingredients (1 drink):
1.5 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1.5 oz Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
2–3 dashes hot sauce
2–3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of celery salt
Pinch of black pepper
Ice
Garnish ideas (pick a few):
Pickle spear
Celery stick
Lemon or lime wedge

Cooked bacon strip
Steps:
Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add vodka, tomato juice, Get Pickled Brines pickle juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire, celery salt, and pepper.

Zesty Brine Deviled Eggs
Ingredients (12 deviled eggs / 24 halves):
6 large eggs
3–4 tbsp Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard (yellow or Dijon)
1–2 tbsp finely chopped pickles (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Paprika, chopped dill, or chives for garnish
Steps:
Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a gentle boil.
Once boiling, cook 9–10 minutes, then transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool.
Peel eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Gently remove yolks into a bowl and place whites on a plate.
Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, and 2–3 tbsp pickle brine.
Stir in chopped pickles if using; add more brine for extra tang.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Garnish with paprika, dill, or chives and chill until ready to serve.

Salted Brine Margarita
Ingredients (1 drink):
2 oz tequila (blanco works great)
1 oz Get Pickled Brines pickle juice
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup (to taste)
Ice
For the rim:
Lime wedge
Coarse salt (you can mix in a little dried chili for a kick)
Steps:
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or margarita glass.
